Terms
1. Virtual College for Life (hereinafter: "the website") is a platform for photographed and online courses in a variety of areas of life. Use of the content of the site is according to the terms of use as follows.
2. Photocopy lessons - Purchase of a possible course by clearing a credit card on the website. After registering for the course and purchasing the course, a course will be available to view the personal area of the user and his or her family only. The access information should not be transferred to any user other than the purchaser and his household.
3. The duration of the authorization to watch the course is 24 months from the date of purchase of the course. After this time, the site may remove the user's personal area from the course unless he has applied for an extension of the viewing period, and his application has been approved.
4. Canceling the purchase of a photographed course: You can cancel the purchase of a photographed course only if the buyer has not yet watched the course or in part. A partial viewing of the lesson will be considered a conclusive agreement to purchase the course without the possibility of crediting.
5. On the site's notice, the surfer informs you that it allows the site to send emails and text messages about various courses and promotions, as well as messages from the Orot website. However, like any advertising content, the user has the option to remove himself from the mailing list by the 'Remove' button located at the bottom of each marketing email.
6. Online Courses ("Learning Community") - Joining the learning community is possible by clearing a credit card on the course page. The charge is renewed monthly, until the end of the course or until the subscriber explicitly announces that the payment has been stopped.
7. Charging in the Community The disability study in the number of meetings is monthly. The first charge is made when registering for the course, and the second charge is on the second month of the course (on the 1st of the calendar month).
8. The obligation to study communities that are not limited in rates is by means of a fixed monthly payment, with an average month of 4 lessons. Due to holidays or vacations, there may be months of three or five lessons. The cost of joining the community in the middle of the month will be calculated proportionately by the number of rates that remain until the normal billing on the 1st of the following month, and by the end of the month, when there are no more rates for that month, Then will be charged a full fee for that month.
9. The subscription to the learning community will be charged every 1 month for the entire month. A subscriber who wishes to terminate the subscription must notify the College by e-mail or by telephone by that date. After this date, the subscription will be canceled only on the 1st of next month.
10.Archive lessons in the learning community: The site undertakes to place each lesson up to one month from the day of filming. After a month, the site will be able to delete the recorded lesson or put in place an embedded video from the YouTube platform.
11. The college does everything possible to collect the exact amounts agreed upon with the students. However, sometimes malfunctions occur beyond our control. We therefore ask each subscriber to check the charges independently through the credit charges and receipts sent to the e-mail. Excess collection or collection error will be accepted and corrected within 3 months from the date of collection. The buyer then declares that he is applying to the college for the error.
12 Optimal viewing of the content of the site and participation in the learning community is possible through an internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 15 megabytes. A connection with a lower bandwidth may cause the transmission sequence to be interrupted.
